What is the first thing that greets our residents and prospective homebuyers when they enter Veranda? Our beautiful entrance that was just named the 2019 Best Entrance of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Veranda recently received the coveted PRISM award at a gathering recognizing excellence in sales, marketing and development for the Houston homebuilding industry over the past year.
The judges were charmed by our picturesque entrance, which pays homage to our strong roots within the Fort Bend community through architecture and design quintessential of past generations.
As you enter Veranda, our southern welcoming nature is apparent with intricate garden screens framing a backlit Veranda monument, lush landscapes and walking paths that are not only inviting but are reminiscent of historic settlement communities.
And don’t forget our iconic entry tower! It’s your first indication that life in Veranda is unique. A place that embraces the history of the great state of Texas. A place where residents are more than neighbors, they are friends.
Come out to see our award-winning entrance, then take a tour of our model homes and The Cottage House, our beautiful amenity complex. In addition to our in-house massage suite, fitness center and covered porch, we recently unveiled 300 brick pavers connecting the pool and clubhouse that were dedicated to the first 300 families who moved into Veranda. The pavers pay tribute to the Old Three Hundred — the first 300 settlers who came to Texas, some who settled in the region. They are as important to Texas as our first residents — and all who have followed — are as important to us.
