The Fun Never Stops in Veranda

If you’re looking for a good time, there’s always something to do in Veranda. Our community offers numerous ways to relax, have fun and enjoy the company of friends and family.

On any given day, you will find residents enjoying a morning jog or an evening stroll along our beautiful trails. If yoga is more your speed, we have a lawn dedicated to exactly that. Gym rats can get their heart rates up at our state-of-the art fitness center. As for the kids? Well, we’ve got the cutest playground around.

During the summer, our fabulous pool is open and when we say fabulous, we mean it! The rule of cool definitely applies with our youngest residents combining splashing, climbing and sliding on the play structure in in our children’s pool. Older kids and adults “woosh” down one of two larger slides, play a game of water volleyball or basketball, swim laps or climb the rock wall to ring the bell at the top. When it’s time to take a break, there’s plenty of shaded seating and tables to picnic at.

There’s more to an engaging lifestyle than exercise, of course. You have to nourish the soul as well as the body. That’s where The Cottage House comes in. In addition to anchoring our pool and housing our fitness center, The Cottage House offers a spa complete with aestheticians and massage therapists. That’s not something many master-planned communities can brag about.

The Cottage House is also the heart of our community where kids can play games in a room created especially for them, residents can host get-togethers and Sasha, our delightful Director of Fun, can organize the clubs, events and activities that have built our sense of community — events such as movie nights, our annual Thanksgiving feast and children’s story hours.

You get all of that and more when you make your home in Veranda. Homes in Veranda are priced from the $200,000s and there are so many builders and floor plans to choose from. Visit us to find out how you can join in the fun.
