As first time home buyers, Veranda has been our dream community. From the buying process to move in and even beyond, the experience that we have had here has been memorable. We love the area that has been developed and the hometown feel that is incorporated. We are close enough to downtown for all of city experiences, but far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. We moved to Veranda because it is a Johnson Development’s master planned community which has done many successful projects in Houston area. The amenities are among the best that are out there and have the well known builder options. Kids regularly use the parks and enjoy a lot. The location is amazing only minutes from Hwy 59 which is a huge plus for us.
