Sitterle’s Carmel is Truly Unique

It isn’t often that you come across a truly unique floor plan, but Sitterle Homes has done it with the Carmel.

The Carmel is the largest floor plan Sitterle offers in its Porch Series of designs. The 3,886-square-foot home boasts five bedrooms allowing everyone in the family to have their own private space. If a room or two is leftover, no problem. The rooms can easily double as home gyms, extra office space or hobby rooms.

The design does offer a private home office. Double doors ensure privacy, and a location near the front of the house means no extraneous noise when you take your Zoom call. A coffered ceiling adds a touch of elegance.

What makes the home truly shine is the sunroom. Located off the designer kitchen, the space sports a gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the backyard. Get up early to watch the sunrise as you enjoy your morning coffee and a moment of peace before the kids wake up.

The kitchen is large and comfortable with counter seating at the island. Lots of cupboard and counter space will help cut down on clutter.

Other amenities include a Craftsman-style front porch where you can sit and enjoy a glass of lemonade, a covered patio, a game room, a gorgeous primary suite and a three-car garage.

The Carmel is priced from the $590,000s and can be seen in 3 dimensions in Veranda as it is showcased as the builder’s model home. It is one of 11 designs Sitterle offers in Veranda. Homes in the Porch Series start from the $450,000s.
